- Services refers to the business solutions offered by AzlaSys, including Odoo ERP integration, E-Commerce development, Mobile Applications, SEO & Digital Marketing, and custom digital solutions for Insurance Brokers.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of our Services.
- Third-party Services means any services, content, products or software provided by a third party that may be integrated or used alongside our Services (e.g., Odoo, WooCommerce, Google, Apple, etc.).

- You means the individual, company, or other legal entity accessing or using our Services.
Acknowledgment

Our Services (ERP, E-Commerce, Mobile Apps, SEO & Marketing, Insurance Broker tools) are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved under Moroccan jurisdiction.
Disputes Resolution
If you have a dispute, you agree to first contact AzlaSys to try to resolve the matter informally.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on our Website. Continued use of our Services after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
